Today`s business scenario is highly competitive, hence efficiency and control of cost is of utmost important for survival of the business. Through the process of globalization there is almost no barrier for doing business anywhere in the world. A manager must do cost-benefit analysis before taking any financial decision. This subject focuses on the key areas of finance where the students of management may learn the theoretical and its practical applications. Keeping in mind the above importance of Financial Management, WBUT has made their syllabus for Financial Management for the BBA students (BBA- 501, Fifth semester) taking into consideration the above changes.
