History is witness to myriad adverse situations befalling mankind like natural calamities, wars (including two world wars), pandemics, economic crises, terrorist brutality, and so on. We have of course risen every time from the ashes like the mythical phoenix. However, life is gradually becoming more and more complex with a VUCA ecosphere beset with volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.
