The application of appropriate clinical tools and established techniques in systematic way enables clinicians to recognise the diseased organs distinctly from that of healthy one. Basically, a clear concept of anatomy, physiology and the normal behaviour of the animal is essential. Both quantitative and qualitative changes occur during disease conditions, which are appreciated in terms of signs/symptoms, help determining the disease condition.
